Updating your policy is quick and easy! From this page you can file a claim or report an incident, add someone to your Individual Trainer Policy or update you current policy. For all other services, please give us a call at (800) 844-0536.

  • File a Claim or Report an Incident. Step-by-step guidance on what to do in the event of an injury, property loss or other reportable incident.
  • Add an Additional Person to an Individual Trainer Policy.
  • Change a Current Policy. Complete and submit our simple Policy Change Request Form below. Please note that submitting the form is only a request, and that the requested change will not be in force until any additional premium payments are made and you receive written confirmation from SFIC.
